The canteen has been a great success so far this year, we have a new canteen manager starting this week and I hope everyone makes Maureen welcome when buying from or working in the canteen.
A big thanks go out to Kerry Heal who has started the canteen off and done a great job in running the canteen until we filled the manager’s position.
It is very important for all team’s managers to have the parent help in the canteen, we need four parent volunteers in there at all times, we don’t mind if it’s mum or dad in there, it is a very important fundraising part of the year and needs to be supported every week.
Most teams do it very well, but the Auskick parents need to help Donna and Kylie out and do there bit, the girls are doing a marvelous job organising the 160 or so Auskickers and the parents now need to support them and do there bit in the canteen.
To every one that helps out in the canteen, the committee thanks you in helping your club out.
